In a world where love is just a word,  Relations that last unheard
When we're taught to take not give.
Each day, we build a higher fence,  Leaving no room for chance,
Or having to forgive.

For there's plenty of love in This Word found for you and me.
And if we just stick together fighting this stormy weather
He will meet our needs.
For two loving hearts to have to fall apart
Should never have to be.

In these days we're trying to understand, The tension of our Lord's plan,
And His tender Hand of Grace.
For He vowed, He never will depart,  His voice that is in our heart
Is the Seal of His embrace.

But then the storms of change start blowing,  The lightning crashes in,
The thunders start their rolling.
But the storm is only a servant,  Roots grow deeper
Conquering, the wind again...
